The Industrial IoT Controller is an instrument intended for measuring control process instruments with a 4/20 mA output, as well as switch signals like level floats.
The custom interface, accessible both on a local network and online, allows for real-time data visualization and configuration of the 3 relay outputs. Additionally, the export of historical data through ‘csv’ format files is possible. This enables the visualization and processing of the stored data from the 3 inputs.

Technical Characteristics of the Industrial IoT Controller
Flexibility, configuration, and connectivity
The Industrial IoT Controller integrates 3 inputs of 4–20 mA / switches for accurate monitoring and 3 high-power outputs (7 A/250 VAC, 24 A, 120 VAC/12 A), suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The outputs are configurable as NA, NC, VNA, VNC, HNA and HNC, enabling optimal adaptation to different load types. In terms of communications, it features an RJ-45 Ethernet interface and, optionally, Wi-Fi connectivity, facilitating integration and remote management in complex industrial environments.
Performance, design, and reliability
It operates with a 24 V power supply (220 VAC adapter included) and provides a 10-bit resolution (1024 points), with 1 measurement/s display, data acquisition every 0.1 s, and a configurable response time of 3 s. Output activation occurs in less than one second, ensuring immediate actions. Its compact design (130 × 130 × 28 mm), IP20 protection, and PETG enclosure ensure a balanced combination of robustness, reliability, and durability for industrial use.
